Judaism teaches that G-d created human beings to give us the opportunity to experience the greatest fulfillment and pleasure. The greatest pleasure is the possibility of coming close to the source of all other pleasures in existence and to experience the greatest good that exists – this being G-d Himself.
How do we get close to God? One of the ways the Torah proposes is by becoming more and more like God. We can do this by patterning the way we act in the world to follow the way that the Almighty acts.
In this presentation, Rabbi Michael Skobac will discuss how we can incorporate this into our lives.
