Since 9/11, a growing number of people have begun embracing a dizzying array of conspiracy theories given oxygen by the Internet and social media. In truth, these kinds of ideas go back hundreds and possibly thousands of years.
Most conspiracy theories have similar dynamics that account for their origin and development. This program will examine this phenomenon and will explore how these principles relate to the propaganda promoted by missionary Christianity.
